Conference Outline

This conference aims to bring experts from industry and academia in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) together with trainers, teachers and lecturers interested in using new technologies to enhance the educational process.

ICT is used across all sectors of education and training to provide individuals with the opportunity to learn

• wherever they are
• whenever they want
• whatever they want to know.

Teachers at all levels must be aware of current developments in this area. Providers must be aware of the opportunities for and constraints on the use of ICT in an educational context.

This conference will bring together interested parties to share experiences and discuss:

• course resources
• access to technology
• development of learner communities
• provision of advice and personal tutoring.
