CANCELLATION

100% of the registration fee will be refunded if a written cancellation is received at the registration office before Nov. 1st
50% till Nov. 15th
No refund after November 15th and "no shows".

PAYMENT

Payment is due by the date of the conference. If we have not received payment by December 6th 2000, you will be asked to provide a credit card onsite that will be held until January 8th 2001. If payment is not received by that date, the credit card will be processed.
